Kingdom Services Group is seeking skilled Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a modern packaging and logistics facility in Segensworth, near Fareham. This permanent night-shift role operates on a 4 on, 4 off pattern from 18:00 to 06:00.
You will load/unload vehicles, move raw materials and finished goods, stack pallets, and perform routine safety checks while adhering to site procedures and quality standards. A valid Counterbalance forklift certificate is essential.

Environment: Clean, modern, and safety focused warehouse
Paid induction: Dedicated initial training to familiarise you with site layouts, stock locations, and safety procedures.
Operating Counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently during night operations.
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, transferring raw materials, and moving finished packaging.
Stacking pallets, managing racking locations, and conducting routine truck safety checks.
Supporting the wider team to maintain a smooth, organised flow of goods overnight.
A valid, in date Counterbalance Forklift certificate (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
Confidence operating in busy warehouse and production environments on night shifts.
Strong reliability and commitment to working fixed nights.
