Job summary

Gap Personnel is recruiting for a Food Production Operator – Nights at Yeo Valley in Cannington. This temporary ongoing role involves supporting day-to-day production, on a 12-hour night shift (6:00pm–6:00am). Immediate starts available.

You will help operate the production line, pack products safely, monitor line performance, and maintain a clean, orderly area while communicating any issues to the team.

Qualifications

• Able to work well in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Happy to do manual work.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous food production experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Working on the line and helping with food production.
• Packing products correctly and safely.
• Checking that everything is running as it should.
