Job summary

Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Food FMCG Night Shift Production Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation. You will direct the night shift to meet output, quality, service and cost targets while upholding food safety, HACCP, GMP, hygiene and health and safety standards.

You will work with Technical, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse and other functions to maximise equipment and labour utilisation, coach Team Leaders, manage KPIs (OEE, yield, waste, downtime) and drive

Qualifications

HACCP Qualification.
Food Safety Qualification.
Foundation-level Health & Safety Qualification.
Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement / OPEX qualification – desirable.
Relevant Food Manufacturing / FMCG Production Management experience.
Experience working within recognised food safety, quality and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the night shift to deliver the production plan while ensuring safety and quality.
Collaborate with Technical, Engineering, Planning, and Warehouse to maximise continuity.
Develop Team Leaders and communicate priorities and standards.
Monitor KPIs such as OEE, yield, waste, downtime and labour efficiency.
Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean/OPEX initiatives.
