Job summary

TRCGroup in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver for a night shift role in a fast-paced 3PL environment. You will operate a counterbalance forklift across loading and unloading of double-decker trailers, joining a team of up to 40 drivers on the night roster.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years FLT experience with double-decker trailers; a valid counterbalance licence is preferred, with a funded on-site refresher if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years FLT experience loading and unloading double decker trailers.
• Accredited counterbalance licence or willing to refresher course.
• Good communication to liaise with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading straight frame and double-decker trailers.
• Operates FLT for the entire shift.
• Organises stock and ensures smooth night shift flow.
• Move goods safely within warehouse and complete safety checks.
