SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Night Flexographic Print Operator in Daventry for a permanent night shift from Monday to Thursday, 21:00–06:15. The role offers a total package of £47,500–£50,000 with a night premium included.

You'll set up presses, dial in settings, fix issues on the spot, assist with finishing, and help hit production targets. The ideal candidate has solid flexo experience in label printing and is locally based in Daventry, with a friendly, easy-going attitude.
