Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Reactive Engineer, the Reactive Fire Engineer will join the 1FM Fire contract, working permanent night shifts from Pirin Court Depot, E16 4TL. Your role involves fire maintenance, fault rectification of alarms, suppression, and detection systems, ensuring high standards with a focus on first-time fixes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Fault maintenance and rectification
• Completing works to a high standard
• Attending and fixing daily faults on the fire contract
• Updating the Senior Reactive Engineer on issues and progress
• Promoting a safe working environment
• Assisting with scheduling and work allocation

Who you are:

We seek an engineer with a strong background in fault maintenance, available for permanent night shifts (7pm–7am, 4 nights on, 4 nights off). Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have experience with fire systems and reactive maintenance, capable of working independently or in teams across multiple sites.
