Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor on a permanent night shift basis for Heathrow Airport. The role focuses on overseeing electrical works at night, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to required standards.

The ideal candidate will have significant supervisory experience in electrical building services, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with high-value projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ supervisory or management experience in electrical building services.
• Experience supervising electrical packages valued at £2 million or more.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Airport project experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation works during night shifts.
• Review designs and drawings for scope gaps and clashes.
• Manage short-term programmes and keep works on schedule.
• Ensure health and safety compliance including RAMS.
• Prepare and manage technical documentation.
• Issue and manage RFIs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor quality and progress of installations.
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities.
• Liaise with client teams, main contractors, subcontractors and professionals.
• Attend and conduct progress meetings.
• Provide clear handovers and progress updates.
