Brellis Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Night Shift Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) in Leamington Spa. The role is permanent, Sunday to Thursday nights, with a salary up to £51,750 including an allowance.

You will diagnose and fix faults across process and packaging lines in a fully automated food production plant and support maintenance planning. The role requires an electrical bias, strong mechanical skills, PLC knowledge, and a proactive, independent worker who can operate in a

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance engineer in manufacturing, ideally food/FMCG/packaging.
• Strong electrical bias with solid mechanical skills.
• Recognised engineering/electrical qualifications.
• Working knowledge of PLCs for fault-finding.

Responsibilities

• Fault-find and fix electrical and mechanical breakdowns across a fully automated food production plant.
• Use PLC diagnostics to get lines running again quickly.
• Carry out and help develop planned preventive maintenance routines.
• Help improve plant performance and reduce downtime as part of a continuous improvement culture.
• Work to high safety, hygiene, quality and cost standards.
