Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles on/off ferries safely and efficiently.
• Discharge and park vehicles in designated port locations.
• Follow port safety procedures and traffic rules.
• Perform visual inspections for vehicle damage and report issues.
• Collaborate with vessel teams, marshals and port supervisors.
• Maintain professionalism and safety at all times.
• Operate within tight turnaround times to support vessel schedules.
• Complete relevant paperwork or handheld device checks as required.

This is a fast-paced operational role requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work night shifts with varying start times, including weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles on and off ferries safely and efficiently.
• Discharge and park vehicles in designated port locations.
• Follow all port safety procedures and traffic management rules.
• Carry out visual inspections for vehicle damage and report any issues immediately.
• Work closely with vessel teams, marshals, and port supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and safety at all times.
• Operate within strict turnaround times to support vessel schedules.
• Complete relevant paperwork or handheld device checks where required.
