Job summary

Stafforce Ports is seeking experienced forklift operators for a busy warehouse and port operation in Immingham. Immediate starts available; 12-hour shifts with flexible days.

You will operate forklifts safely, load/unload, move pallets, perform pre-use checks, support stock rotation, and follow site safety procedures. A valid UK forklift licence and driving licence are required, plus experience in logistics.

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance / Reach / Bendi) and UK Driving Licence (UKDL) required.
• Previous experience in warehouse, port, or logistics operations desired.
• Strong awareness of health & safety and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Willingness to work shifts as required.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable with manual handling tasks.

Salary: £12.71 - £15.42 per hour

About the role

We are seeking experienced and safety‑focused forklift operators to join a busy warehouse and port operation in Immingham. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a valid FLT licence looking for long‑term, stable work in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

As an FLT Operator, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, goods movement, and loading/unloading tasks across the site.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload
• Move pallets, stock, and materials across the warehouse or port site
• Complete pre‑use checks and report mechanical issues
• Support stock rotation, order picking, and general warehouse duties
• Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance / Reach / Bendi, B1, B2, B3)
• Valid UK Driving Licence (UKDL)
• Previous experience in warehouse, port, or logistics operations

Desirable Experience

• Port, dock, or container yard FLT experience
• Experience using scanners, warehouse systems, or stock control
