Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Dungannon is recruiting Key Skilled Operatives to join the Debone X-Ray Team C. You will process product, maintain hygiene, quality and health & safety standards, and help the team meet production KPIs in a fast-paced factory environment.

The role offers permanent, full-time work with a guaranteed team pattern (18:00–02:15, Monday to Friday) and opportunities for training and development. Previous food production experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English (depending on area of work).
• Good numeracy and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment.
• Previous food production or factory experience.
• Awareness of the Food Processing Industry.
• Knife skills or previous experience in butchery.
• Data entry / computer keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Product processing (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering, evisceration - depending on area of work)
• Responsibility for personal health & safety and that of other colleagues
• Ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved
• Maintaining hygiene standards
• Product packaging and boxing
• Product weighing
• Rotation of duties and flexibility to support other areas of the factory
• Meeting productivity standards
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently (training provided)
• Carrying out any additional duties as required
