Job summary

Deluxe Content Services in Perivale, London, is looking for a Content Mastering Operator to join a 24/7 team for night shifts (8pm–8am). You will prepare source assets, perform quality checks and produce deliverables for global distribution using DVS Clipster, Transkoder, Protools and Media Encoder.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and good collaboration across departments. We offer a full-time, permanent position with training provided.

Qualifications

• Interest in cinema and media industry.
• Technically minded with comfort handling hardware/software.
• Problem solving with evolving specs and workflows.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mastering of feature and trailer DCPs in various formats (2D/3D, 2K/4K, HFR).
• Use DVS Clipster, Transkoder, Protools and Avid Media Encoder for delivery.
• Content review and quality checking across assets.
• Create and distribute Prores master files and downstream deliverables.
• Check and conform source files for DCP Mastering.
• Create censor cuts using editing techniques.
• Validate DCPs and perform quality control on deliverables.
• Record keeping in work orders and catalogue systems.
• Communicate with team and other departments.
• Troubleshoot DCP issues raised internally and externally.
