Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting an FLT Counterbalance Driver for the Cumbernauld site on a permanent night shift. The role offers £15.00 per hour, immediate start, ongoing work, overtime opportunities and a temp-to-perm pathway.

Responsibilities include operating a Counterbalance FLT, loading/unloading, and goods handling within a busy warehouse while adhering to safety policies. Applicants should be able to commit to Tuesday-Saturday night shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence required.
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT.
• Reliable and punctual with a safety-conscious approach.
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
• Able to work the full Tuesday to Saturday night shift.
• Able to travel to Cumbernauld for a midnight start.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Move and stack goods within the warehouse.
• Prepare goods for storage and dispatch.
• Support general warehouse duties as required.
• Follow all site and health and safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and organised.
