Job summary

Rapier Employment Limited is recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver for a permanent role at a customer site in Fradley Park, near Lichfield. The night shift runs 20:00–04:30, with 8-hour shifts and a £40 weekly bonus on top of hourly pay.

You must hold a valid counterbalance licence, have at least one year of forklift experience, and demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn. If you fit the profile, a job offer will follow a successful interview.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid counterbalance licence.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT counterbalance on site.
• Complete general paperwork as required (approx. 75% on the truck).
• Handle some handball tasks.
• Work as part of a dedicated team.
