Shifts: 22:00pm-06:00am
Pay Rate: £16.19 per hour

We’re looking for detail-oriented, hands-on individuals to join our Ceramic Core team as Manufacturing Operators. Whether you're already experienced in manufacturing or looking to launch a new, rewarding career, we provide the tools and support you need to thrive.

️ What You’ll Do

  • Prioritise Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) — your safety always comes first.
  • Carry out delicate, hands-on tasks with precision and care for quality.
  • Work closely with your teammates in a supportive, close-knit environment.
  • Read and interpret technical/engineering drawings (we’ll train you!).
  • Assist with setup and transfer of parts across production areas like Press and Kiln.
  • Handle small, intricate components using steady hands and fine motor skills.
  • Prepare parts for 3D scanning and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
  • Be adaptable — pitch in wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.
