Job summary

Tesco is seeking friendly store colleagues in our branches. You will deliver great service, assist customers, stock shelves, and support checkout operations to help deliver Tesco's great value and customer experience.

We offer a starting rate of £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with some roles starting from 12 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Be confident with Tesco products and services and offer help when needed.
• Provide flexible store support including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and store performance.
