Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring store colleagues to join our teams across the country. In this role you will provide friendly, helpful service, stock shelves, assist customers at checkout, and support online orders.

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours after midnight. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week and offer flexible shift patterns to fit your availability.

• To be over 18 for this role.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
