Job summary

Orion Electrotech Ltd is seeking a CNC Press Brake Setter Operator for the night shift in Telford. The role involves setting up and operating CNC press brake machinery to produce precision metal components, primarily with mild steel. Some stainless steel and aluminium work may be involved.

You will interpret drawings and adjust CNC programs to meet tight specifications. Overtime is available and encouraged, with an hourly rate around £17.10, plus enhanced overtime rates.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Press Brake Setter Operator.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery to produce precision metal components.
• Work with mild steel, occasional stainless steel and aluminium.
• Interpret drawings and adjust CNC programs and machine settings accordingly.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure components meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment.
