McLaren Racing is seeking an Operative, Machinist (Night Shift) to manufacture precision components and support our performance on the track. You will set and operate multi-axis CNC machines, read engineering drawings, and ensure quality and on-time delivery during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Proven experience setting and operating multi-axis CNC machining centres.
• Apprenticeship or equivalent with CNC machining experience.
• Experience producing precision components in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Set and operate multi-axis CNC machining centres to manufacture high-precision components.
• Produce parts from engineering drawings and job packs with accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Carry out online programming and maintain tooling, program, and inspection records.
• Inspect components to ensure right-first-time quality standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve methods, productivity and performance.
