The role offers a 38-hour week, full training, and a clear path to develop a growing night shift team on a Sunday-Thursday shift, with a 33% night shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Previous people management or supervisory experience is essential.
• Understanding of CNC/machining or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong manufacturing/engineering background.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confident, proactive and able to lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the night shift team.
