Job summary

Westminster Lakeland, Lakeland, FL, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care under supervision. You will assist residents with daily living activities, preserve dignity, and deliver excellent customer service in a warm, team-oriented setting.

Applicants must hold Florida CNA certification, CPR certification, and have at least one year of long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant licensed in Florida.
• One year of long-term care or related experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Ensure rooms are clean, beds made, and meals served on time.
• Practice infection prevention and control per facility and regulatory requirements.
• Document accurately in the CNA ECS flow-sheet.
• Perform rounds to ensure safety equipment is in place and functioning.
