Job summary

Randox in Warrington is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Analyst to join our team. The role involves routine clinical testing and the operation of automated instruments such as Rx Daytona Plus, Rx Imola, and Siemens Immulite XPi.

You will handle samples, maintain records, ensure chain of custody, and participate in quality audits. Essential qualifications include a Biochemistry or life science degree and strong analytical, detail-oriented skills; right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biochemistry or life science.
• Demonstrable experience with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Routine clinical testing in the laboratory.
• Use of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Operate automated systems: Rx Daytona Plus, Rx Imola, Siemens Immulite XPi.
• Prepare and handle samples and reagents.
• Maintain analytical records and chain of custody.
• Calibrate and maintain analytical instrumentation.
• Prepare specimens for transport and monitor temperatures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and participate in Quality Audits.
