Job summary

Corin Group, a global orthopaedics leader based in Cirencester, is seeking a Cleanroom and Packaging Shift Manager for the nights shift. The role focuses on leading a manufacturing team to deliver targets safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong people management skills, experience in regulated environments, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Planning and HR to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly cleanroom and packaging settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 25 operatives within a highly regulated cleanroom and packaging environment.
• Drive a culture of Right First Time (RFT) and continuous improvement.
• Organise daily and weekly shift activities to meet manufacturing plans and customer requirements.
• Manage resource allocation, schedule adherence and labour planning to maximise productivity.
• Lead shift start-up meetings, handovers, quality discussions and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and cleanroom operating standards.
