Job summary

Sovereign Transport Services (STS), the logistics arm of Victorian Plumbing, is recruiting experienced Class 1 (Cat C+E) Night Drivers to join our Kirkby transport hub. Expect a stable Monday-to-Friday night trunking role with modern fleet and straightforward duties.

You will perform night trunking, depot-to-depot deliveries, and pre-trip safety checks, with no weekend work. We offer on-site parking, a company pension, and guaranteed weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 (Cat C+E) Licence.
• Up-to-date Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Proven experience with flatbed securing/strapping.
• Night shift capability with a safety-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Night trunking and depot-to-depot deliveries across regional routes.
• Perform pre-trip safety checks on vehicles.
• Secure loads using straps ensuring items are safely restrained.
• No multi-drop store handling required.
