Job summary

Recruitment Solutions Workforce Ltd is seeking dedicated Class 1 and Class 2 Trampers to join our team in Wales. The role involves operating curtain siders and rigid vehicles, delivering goods across various locations, and maintaining high standards of service.

You will spend 3 to 4 nights out a week from the Caldicot depot, with a strong emphasis on safety, timely deliveries, and adherence to regulations. The ideal candidate has clean licences (Class 1 and 2) with up to 3 penalty points and

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 and Class 2 driving licences with a maximum of 3 points.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver is essential.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing delivery schedules.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles, for the transportation of goods.
• Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate deliveries.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
