Job summary

Crystal Care Collection is recruiting a Care Team Leader (Deputy Manager) for Tudor House, Thornbury, Bristol. You will lead care teams, ensure statutory compliance, and act as in-charge outside office hours while delivering excellent care to residents.

The role involves coaching staff, managing care plans, and supervising medication administration with a focus on empathy and quality care. Nights shift and an attractive hourly rate apply.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Experience as deputy manager or team leader in a care setting.
• Knowledge of infection control, health & safety and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Act as person in charge of the home outside office hours and ensure standards are met.
• Provide high levels of personal care following individual care plans and act as key worker.
• Oversee medication administration and maintain accurate records.
• Lead, supervise and conduct supervisions and appraisals of staff.
• Be on call for the home on a rota basis.
