We are seeking a night-shift care assistant at Chertsey Parklands Care Home, part of Avery Healthcare Group. You will provide personal care to residents and work with a supportive team to maintain continuity of care and residents' dignity.

No prior care experience is required as a full induction and training programme is provided. A DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK are required and paid by the employer.

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents
• Ensure continuity of care as part of the care team
• Assist residents with personal hygiene while preserving independence and dignity
• Recognise clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls and infection, and escalate promptly
• Follow safe systems of work across all tasks
