Ailsa Response is seeking a diligent Care Assistant to join our team in Glenochil. You will deliver person-centred care to adults in a secure setting, with shifts arranged in advance and a block booking system for consistency.

We offer competitive pay starting at £14.32 per hour, weekly pay, and a clear career progression path. If you are compassionate, reliable, and able to work 2–3 shifts weekly including weekends, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of paid care experience in the UK, including personal care.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Ability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including some Saturdays and Sundays.
