Job summary

Reynolds Food Group is looking for an experienced Butcher for the Night Shift in Hainault, Essex. You will be responsible for preparing red meat and poultry, ensuring stringent food safety standards.

The position requires previous butchery experience and a strong team ethic. With hours from 20:00 to 05:00, you will enjoy benefits such as on-site parking, employee discounts, and a meat bonus after 6 weeks. Salary ranges from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Previous butchery, boning, trimming, and portion control experience.
• Must be willing to work with both Halal and Non-Halal products.
• Ability to portion control steaks and various cuts essential to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Follow the company’s food safety culture through production and cleaning.
• Prepare meat to customer specification, including boning and trimming.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the workspace.
