Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a Nights Cleaning Duty Manager to oversee 3 rail depots in Faversham, Gillingham and Tonbridge, and to lead Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives to maintain outstanding standards across the sites. You will join the Transport Division in Kent, with a salary of £33,000–£35,000 per year, plus a company van and fuel card, training, mentoring and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in cleaning/FM or similar operations.
• Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety requirements; IOSH certificate desirable.
• Ability to meet vetting requirements including a 5-year work history check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3 rail depots in Faversham, Gillingham and Tonbridge.
• Lead Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives to maintain high standards.
• Carry out daily quality audits and report findings to the Account Manager.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for vacancies as needed.
• Conduct regular staff briefings and safety discussions.
