Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer at one of our care homes. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans.

You should hold NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, and bring a warm, compassionate approach to deliver individualized, dignified care. This role offers training and a clear path for progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or reviews.
