Mariposa Care is seeking an experienced Senior Carer (Nights) for Holly Lodge care home to lead a team and deliver high-quality resident care. The role blends hands-on care with supervisory duties, focusing on dignity, respect and personalised care plans.

• Coaching and mentoring your team so they’re confident and skilled in every part of their role.
• Supporting residents with personal care needs while maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Ensuring care plans are current and followed by the team.
• Dispensing medication with accuracy and keeping detailed records.
• Balancing hands-on care with supervisory duties while keeping residents’ happiness and wellbeing at the heart of everything you do.
