Sandon House Care Home in Mossley is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to guide a night-shift team in delivering safe, person-centred care for residents. You will oversee medication administration, monitor wellbeing, and ensure records and communications are maintained to support continuity of care.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on support, and collaboration with families and healthcare professionals, with the aim of maintaining high standards and enabling residents to live well

Qualifications

• SVQ/NVQ Level 2 minimum, Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards
• Medication administration training with competency is essential
• Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach

Responsibilities

• Guide and support your team in delivering safe, high quality, person centred care
