This is a full-time night shift role, 38.5 hours per week, requiring full flexibility.
As a Night Senior Care Assistant at Bradley Hall, kindness remains central. You'll know residents and their families, ensuring personalized care plans, leading a team of Care Assistants, and maintaining high standards of care. Your duties include assisting with daily activities, medication administration, and providing social and recreational stimulation. You will also maintain accurate records and build strong team relationships.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All colleagues will attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training. You should be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.
