Integrated Care System seeks a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to deliver high-quality care in a night shift role. You'll be responsible for planning personalized care, leading a team, and fostering strong relationships with residents and families. This role involves planning and delivering care that provides residents with security, dignity, and independence. You will influence the care team and support residents in various ways, such as demonstrating how to use mobility aids, assisting at mealtimes, or communicating with families, always with kindness.

This is a full-time night shift role, 38.5 hours per week, requiring full flexibility. You will know residents and their families to ensure personalized care plans, lead a team of Care Assistants, and uphold high standards of care. Responsibilities include providing physical and mental stimulation through activities, administering medication, maintaining accurate records, and building strong team relationships. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; you must recognize signs of abuse or neglect and know how to respond appropriately.
