Shifts: 9:00pm 7:00am Rotational Weekends

We are currently seeking 2 experienced and reliable Night Senior Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, delivering outstanding care to residents during night hours in a supportive and well-established care home.

About the Role:

As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you ll lead and support the night care team, ensuring residents receive high-quality care, comfort, and dignity throughout the night. This role includes medication administration, care planning, supervision, and hands-on support where needed.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred (Minimum NVQ Level 2 required)

• Previous experience in a senior care role (nights preferred)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach

• Must be available for rotational weekends
