Compass Group UK is hiring a Security Officer for 14Forty on a full-time basis, contracted to 53 hours per week. You will safeguard customers, staff and premises while delivering first-class service.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid SIA license or be eligible to obtain one.
• Excellent communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to work as part of a busy security team.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Demonstrate resilience, initiative and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Control access and egress of the buildings and surrounding area.
• Deliver a safe and effective security operation for staff and visitors.
• Assist the public with general queries and directions.
• Represent Compass and maintain a professional brand image.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safety and service standards.
