Job summary

Atlas Security, part of Atlas FM Group, is seeking a Security Officer in Cardiff (CF10 2HE) for a night‑shift role averaging 42 hours per week. The position requires an SIA licence or willingness to train, and the candidate must have strong English and customer service skills.

Roles include access control, patrolling, CCTV monitoring and acting as an ambassador for Atlas Security and our clients. The job is based on an alternating rota with no fixed days.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in security roles and delivering customer service.
• SIA licence or willingness to undertake training is required.
• Good written and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Protecting customers' property and people.
• Delivery of security duties including access control, patrolling, CCTV monitoring.
• Provide a high standard of customer care and act as an ambassador for Atlas Security.
• Work as part of a flexible night-shift rota with 42 hours per week.
