Job summary

Atlas Security, part of Atlas FM Group, is seeking a Security Officer in Cardiff (CF10 2HE) for a night‑shift role averaging 42 hours per week. The position requires an SIA licence or willingness to train, and the candidate must have strong English and customer service skills.

Roles include access control, patrolling, CCTV monitoring and acting as an ambassador for Atlas Security and our clients. The job is based on an alternating rota with no fixed days.

About The Role

Hourly Rate: £13.45

Location: Cardiff, CF10 2HE

Shift Pattern: This role operates on a rolling shift pattern averaging 42 hours per week. This is a night only position and will be on an alternating rota of 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next, with working days varying across the week. Due to the nature of the rota, there are no fixed working days, and flexibility to work any day of the week is required.

• Protecting our customers property and people
• Providing a high standard of customer care.
• Delivery of security duties including access control, patrolling, CCTV monitoring.
• Being an ambassador for both our customers and Atlas Security
