Role Overview

There's a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Section Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver high standards across your department, maximize product availability, and drive sales. You will ensure shop floor standards are maintained and that back-of-house areas operate safely and efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in retail.

As part of the leadership team, you'll work a three-week rolling rota, which includes weekends. At times, you may be solely responsible for the store, so you'll need to be confident in overseeing overall operations.
