About the Role

As a Night Section Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver high standards across your department, maximising availability and driving sales. You'll maintain shop floor standards, coach your team, and ensure merchandising and operational standards are met, with back-of-house areas running safely and smoothly. You'll work a rolling rota, including 4 nights over 7 days, and be responsible for the store during night hours, overseeing operations in a 24-hour store.
