Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to provide holistic care in a supportive care home setting. You’ll work with residents, families and the care team to deliver safe, person-centred care and clinical excellence.

You’ll hold current NMC registration, develop care plans, assess risks and supervise medication administration with professional judgement and compassion.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration required and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care to residents, addressing physical, psychological and social needs.
• Develop tailored care plans and conduct risk assessments.
• Administer medicines safely and in line with regulations.
• Use professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.
