An independent specialist residential care organization is seeking dedicated Night Residential Support Workers to provide exceptional care and support to children and young people with severe learning disabilities and autism. This role involves working on a full-time rolling rota, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are met. Witham Prospect School is looking to appoint Night Residential Support Workers who are enthusiastic, dedicated, caring and highly motivated to support children and young people who have Severe Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Care to achieve their full potential.
Working Hours: To work on two-week full time rolling rota on 10 - hours shifts, which includes a full day training every six weeks. Night hours are (9.30pm – 7.30am) working an average of 36.2 hours per week.
Pay Rate for Support Workers:£12.97 - £13.31 per hour depending on your qualification.
