Overview

Location: Ipswich (at our range of Accommodation sites in Ipswich; 2 Wellington Street, Ipswich, IP1 2NU and other local provisions). We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Accommodation Night Worker to join our team in Ipswich. The Accommodation Night Worker plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of residents, staff, and premises. The role offers contracted shifts between 36 and 40 hours per week, which may include waking nights depending on the team you support. Night shifts follow a 4 nights on / 4 nights off rotation, and the schedule includes weekends and public holidays.

Job Purpose: To maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for residents and staff during night hours, while supporting the Accommodation Project Workers in managing admissions and minimizing disruption.
