Job summary

We Change Lives on-site in Penketh, Warrington, UK, is seeking a part-time Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You will provide personal care, support older residents and those living with dementia, and assist with daily activities in a compassionate, person-centred way.

You will work under the Senior Supervisor, with opportunities to lead shifts and mentor colleagues while helping residents enjoy independence and a sense of safety.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience working in care or care-related settings.
• A Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead a shift and supervise colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care to residents.
• Support the Senior Supervisor and other team members.
• Lead and supervise shifts when required, maintaining a safe, respectful environment.
