The role requires emotionally and physically fit individuals to support vulnerable children with complex needs. The successful candidate will help create a nurturing environment, work collaboratively with professionals, and contribute to the children's growth and development. Working Hours: 35 Hours per week

Flexibility Payments: Night Rate Plussage (8pm to 6am)

This is a role for a Full time or Job share Night Residential Child Care Worker to work within a 6 bedded residential children's home. We are looking for people who believe they have the qualities, skills and experience needed to support our children who have suffered trauma in their life and to help them maintain stability.
The team works proactively in maintaining a high level of care for the young people. The team are consistent in their approach whilst working together in order to provide the best possible care to the young people they work with. Willow Vue have high aspirations for the young people who live in the home.
It would be desirable if you have a full driving licence and essential that you have 12 months experience of working with children, young people, and families. The service is committed to the on-going personal development of the staff to meet the needs of the young people.
