Job summary

John Lewis Partnership’s Waitrose branch is hiring a Supermarket Assistant to deliver customer-focused service and help Food Lovers in daily shop visits. You’ll support stock replenishment, online orders, and maintain a clean, safe store environment during night shifts.

Two vacancies are available for weekend and overnight schedules (Fri-Sun 00:00-07:00 and Sat-Mon 00:00-07:00). Applicants must be 18+ and ready to join a partner-led team.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and organized.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for driver delivery.
• Minimise wastage through product due diligence and date checks.
• Support shop team including checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
