Location: Newcastle

Pay: Competitive annual salary plus 12% management bonus

Contract Type: Permanent

Position Type: Full Time

Weekly hours: 38.5

Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off

Location: Newcastle Airport

Working pattern: 3 on, 3 off, from 6pm until 6am

As a Night Replenishment Administration Leader within World Duty Free, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of an efficient and compliant replenishment and administrative operation through building effective stakeholder relationships and coaching leaders to deliver service and standards.

Working to maintain 98% stock availability, ensuring the space allocation of stock enables maximum operating efficiency and leading the team to follow effective stock rotation procedures to minimise loss.

You’ll also be responsible for the control and management of goods in, ensuring that stock is received in accordance with purchase order, in saleable condition and is recorded correctly to our in-house system.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver the company service proposition through effective and targeted replenishment.
  • Maximise day-to-day operations by proactively detasking service roles.
  • Take personal responsibility for understanding business objectives and how to best deliver them.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of marketing, merchandising, and space planning processes including Company display standards.
  • Lead the replenishment team to deliver an efficient service of replenishment and visual merchandising that achieves an exceptional customer service experience.

What do you need to be a Replenishment Manager at World Duty Free?

  • Experience in successfully managing a team within a retail customer service and sales environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to articulate clearly in English to all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in delivering administrative and replenishment related activity incorporating stock turnover and supporting delivery of budgeted sales and cost targets.
