Job Title: Night Replen Section Manager

Location: Long Eaton

Shift Pattern: Night shifts

Hours per Week: 45

Salary: Competitive salary plus benefits

About the Role

As a Section Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver high standards, maximize product availability, and drive sales. You'll maintain shop floor standards, coach your team, and ensure operational standards are met, including safe and smooth back-of-house operations. You may need to multi-task and work across various store areas. You will work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends and evenings, and sometimes be responsible for the entire store.
