Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Pottersway Care Home near Alsager. The role focuses on delivering clinically led care, coordinating team activity, and maintaining safety and wellbeing for residents.

You will assess and review care plans, administer medications, and lead a care team to ensure high standards. Alternate weekends required, with opportunities for progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with an active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN).
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Ability to lead shifts and support a care team.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, but nurses from related backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, clinically led care on your shift.
• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor health changes.
• Lead shifts, support the care team and make informed clinical decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and promote dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Role includes working alternate weekends.
